A - Do I have to register to place an order?

No, you can place your order as a guest by entering all the data that is useful for sending the product.

By signing up, you'll still be able to stay connected to us and get a preview of the news about ongoing promotions.

It is mandatory to register in order to buy as a professional and request the invoice.

B - How do I register?

There are two ways to register:

1. Through the form at the top right of the homepage (before loading the products into the cart)

Enter your email address and proceed with account creation (Create an account)

2. When requesting AUTHENTICATION (after loading the products into the cart)

C - How do I know if my account has been confirmed?

After you create your account, you'll receive an email at the sign-up address confirming that you've accepted your account.

If you haven't received anything after a few minutes, try looking in your Junk Mail or SPAM.

Q - How do I load a product into my cart?

There are several ways to load a product into your cart.

1. Clicking on the PHOTO or Info will open a window with the product features, price, the button to change the quantities and add the product to the cart.

2. If you click Add to Cart, the product will be loaded directly into the cart and only then will you be able to vary the quantities.

E - Are products always available?

Generally, yes.

It may happen to temporarily run out of a product and wait a few days before returning to available.

F - How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

After each purchase you will receive an email at the registration address confirming the acceptance of the order.

If you haven't received anything after a few minutes, try looking in your Junk Mail or SPAM.

FREE shipments for orders over 69 euros.

For lower orders, the cost of shipping is 7.90 euros

N - What happens if the received package is damaged?

We remind you to check the integrity of the casing that contains your purchases at the time of delivery by the courier.

If the package has any anomalies, holes, dents or cuts, please accept it by writing on the POD OF CORRIERE (WHERE YOU WILL TO SIGN) one of the following reasons :

Hole box

Ripped box

Box crushed/dented

Refurbished box or film with neutral scotch

Cut/ripped closing duct tape

protective film (large appliances) removed or punctured

Broken Styroforo

Wet box

Choose the specification related to the damage detected and immediately notify us of the incident to: info@triplo20.it

If the driver refuses to let you report the above, RESPINGETE to the sender and COMUNICATECEO SUBITO IN writing at: info@triplo20.it

Once you have signed the courier's document without reporting any kind of anomaly, you cannot file any disputes and request for a refund if the box is damaged in any way.

Q - Is it safe to pay online?

Online credit card transactions are made directly on the Bank's website, via a Secure Server that adopts the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security system. triplo20 does not become aware of the credit card information used by your customers.

Exposed prices are included in VAT for private customers, for retailers the prices exposed are VAT excluded.
